About me

I qualified as an Integrative Counsellor in 2013, from the University of South Wales.

 

I live and work in South Wales.

 

I work as a young people's counsellor within the education sector, alongside my private practice.

Experience

- Previous Director of Counselling at Safe from Slavery, counselling survivors of sex trafficking and providing internal and external training.

 

- Previous  Counsellor at New Pathways, working with survivors of sexual abuse.

 

- Deliverer of counselling related training with various national and international organisations including: Oasis Cardiff, Safe from Slavery and Rescue Freedom.

 

- Conference seminar presenter (including University of South Wales Counselling Research and Psychotherapy Conference).

 

- Winner of the Voluntary Action Merthyr Tydfil Volunteer of the Year award 2014, based on long-term voluntary counselling work.
